|Wymagania||- Fluency in English - both spoken and written (non-distinct accent is a must!).|
- At least 6 months of sales experience, preferably in corporate environment.
- Inside sales/telesales experience would be an advantage.
- Valid EU work permit.
- Self-confidence, strong communication skills, open personality.
- Experience with CRM software would be an asset.
|Zakres obowiązków||- Telephone contact with prospective clients from the UK market.|
- Business development through sourcing prospects, assessing their needs, offer preparation, contract negotiation and closing the deal.
- Effective lead generation and exploration.
- Communication with other departments of the company, including smooth transition of “hunted” accounts to the “farming” team (responsible for further business development).
- Building a stable contact pipeline through researching the assigned region for new clients, including following newly-emerging local business.
- Educating clients on the value of the company’s offer.
