Wymagania• Very good knowledge of Dutch/German
• Very good knowledge of English
• Computer literate (Windows and MS Office)
• Experience in telephone customer support

Zakres obowiązków• Online customer service (chat, e-mail)
• Telephone customer service: Inbound and outbound calls
• Customer use monitoring, customer development (training schemes, promoting additional services)
• Collaboration with the company’s all other departments and foreign branches
• CMS system administration

1. Specific Individual Duties
• Carries out the European customer development strategy, including taking care of the customers of WKTS (Wolters Kluwer Transport Services), within the scope of the greeting process, technical support and WKTS customer training
• Finds, collects and enters information concerning prospective clients
• Supports the Marketing Department, within the scope of database administration
• Supports the Controlling Department, within the scope of “cash collection”
• Customer use analyses and telephone monitoring
• Prepares any plans or reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Carries out the customer maintenance-related duties
• Carries out customer database campaign duties
• Mediates between the WKTS customers
• Performs any other duties connected with the position held, as assigned

2. The Employee is Responsible For:
• Greater customer use of the WKTS services
• Maintaining high levels of WKTS customer satisfaction: customer contacts in accordance with all valid procedures
• Keeping commercial secrets
• Collaboration with the company’s other units
• Timely, efficient execution of duties assigned
• Carrying out the adopted plans
• Carrying out any additional plans
• Administration of the customer contact history
