Creating Assignment Briefs in order to assure the quality of search and selection of candidates
Sorting and pre-screening job applicants, organizing interviews, communicating recruitment process statuses to
candidates during a recruitment process
Effectively using search tools in order to deliver the results to client before deadline
Leading interviews with candidates, preparing evaluations, processing after meeting findings
Organizing meetings with clients and candidates
Communicating detected business opportunities to sales team
Visiting clients with assistance of sales representative or senior consultant with focus on strengthening positive
business relationships
Reporting to client and to direct supervisor on regular basis
